what’s next

2026 was a big year for me in terms of music. I got every opportunity I needed to connect with other artists, experiment with my sound, and release as much music as possible. To anybody who’s streamed even a single song of mine, I can’t thank you enough. Music will always be important to me as an artform first, and not a job. And as I continue to connect and grow into the image I see for my work, I’d like to do it as efficiently as possible. To step away and take as much time as I need to master my craft in the way that I want. The goal with my music was ultimately to make something I’m genuinely proud of. While my last two projects definitely achieved that (we all shine in the sun & the service,) I’ll be damned if those are my limits.

So basically, that’s where the party ends for hxllface. Whatever’s next is something completely different and definitely still under development. With the rest of the year, I do have some other drops planned. Somewhere around three music videos at least, and the last of what’s in my vault will drop on one final hxllface project in December. But I haven’t made a song since I finished the album in July, and coming off a consistent schedule of making two songs per day for months, I need time to get back into the rhythm of things.

I’ll be using these blog formats to update my process, as well as to tease whatever I’m working on at the moment. 2027 will definitely be a quiet year for music, but I’m excited to have a new goal to work towards. All of my hxllface work will stay up on all platforms for the foreseeable future.
